Child aged 4 to 15:
£12.00 (children aged 3 and under are free of charge but will still require a ticket). All under 16s to be accompanied by a parent or guardian over 18 years.

Proms Goody Bag:
Includes 2 x Union Jack flags, 2 x kazoos, discount vouchers and programme.
Disabled / Carers: The proms will be fully accessable for disabled persons. Please contact us if you have any queries or would like to request a carers ticket. (valid supporting documents may be requested).
E-tickets are issued immediately by E-mail for you to print at home. Alternatively they can be downloaded and saved to your smartphone to be scanned on arrival.
Please note Standard tickets are for general admission. Seating is not provided and positions on the lawn are not reserved. There is plenty of room for all concert goers in the arena area.
This is an outdoor event and will go ahead in all but the worst of weather conditions. No refunds are offered for bad weather providing the concert begins. If, however we have to cancel the event in line with the Mount Edgcumbe House weather policy we will attempt to rescedule or alternatively offer a full refund. (less booking fee).

All Picnic Boxes include recyclable, crockery, cutlery, packaging and napkins and will be available for collection on arrival. Boxes only available in multiples of 2 or 3. (Excluding Child's box). Please contact us if you wish to add a single box onto an order at a later date.
Pre booked car parking is available priced at £2.50 per vehicle. Follow the event parking signs into the designated Proms car park. Please have your printed or email booking confirmation ready to show our event stewards upon arrival.
The Cremyll ferry will be running a normal service available for crossings to the event. Due to capacity restrictions please allow enough time to get to us. A late return service will operate after the concert starting at 10.30pm and running shuttle ferries for approximately 1 hour.
By shuttle bus-
A limited amount of spaces are available on our Rame shuttle service, courtesy of our friends at Kernow Coaches. Offering return travel to and from the concert site, pick up points are arranged for Torpoint, Millbrook, Kingsand and Cawsand. Spaces are for pre booked time slots only, via our booking platform. Please see our FAQs for more details.
Can I bring a picnic?
Yes! You are welcome to bring your own picnic to the concert. Alternatively our delicious picnic boxes can be pre booked for you to collect on arrival.
What about drinks?
Absolutely fine. For the enjoyment of all our guests we only ask that alcohol is kept to reasonable levels, we suggest as a guide that 1 bottle of wine or 4 cans/bottles of lager/cider or equivalent per head is within reasonable parameters. We reserve the right to confiscate any alcohol we deem to be excessive of reasonable amounts, to be returned on departure.
Will food and drink be available to purchase at the concert?
Yes, a number of food and drink outlets will be in operation for the duration of the event. There is no cash point on site and while some vendors offer card payment it may be useful to also bring some cash. Our bars operate a strict challenge 25 policy so please bring ID.
Will seating be provided?
Due to the picnic style of the event seating is not provided, with the exception of the VIP area.
Can I bring a chair?
Yes, and a table or blanket if you wish! However please do be mindful of other concert goers, our stewards may ask you to move if you are taking up excessive space or overly obstructing others view.
What about a Gazebo?
Unfortunately gazebos are not permitted.
Can I bring my own BBQ or camping stove?
Due to fire and safety regulations we do not allow this, or any naked flames onsite.
Anything else not allowed?
The following items are prohibited- Sound recording equipment, drones, any naked flames, balloons and sky lanterns.
What time should I arrive?
Arena gates open at 4.30pm and the car park at 4.15pm. The concert starts at 5.30pm and we aim to finish at aprroximately 10.30pm.
Where to I collect my pre ordered items?
Collection points are easily found just inside the concert entance gate. Please have your printed or e-tickets ready. You will also find the first aid and lost children points in this area.
Is the event child friendly?
Absolutely, we welcome children of all ages. Under 16s must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at a ratio of no more than 4 to 1. Wristbands are issued on entry to all concert goers and we recommend writing your mobile number on your childs band enabling us to contact you if you do get seperated. (Sharpies available at the entrance gate!)
Can I bring a dog?
Unfortunately dogs are not permitted into the concert area. (Assistance dogs welcome).
Can I show my ticket on my smart phone rather than printing it out?
Yes both printed or tickets on your device are accepted. You will be issued a wristband upon entry allowing return entry if you choose to return to your car or temporarily leave the arena during the concert.
Is the concert dependent on good weather? What happens if it rains!?
The concert will go ahead come rain or shine, please bring appropriate clothing for varied weather conditions. However, if the wind speeds exceed certain levels or we deem the conditions unsafe we may cancel or cut short the event. Refunds will not be issued for wet weather conditions, refunds will only be available if we cancel with prior notice due to high wind health and safety concerns.
Is parking available?
Yes pre booked parking is available adjacent to the concert site. Please book your parking at the time of ticket purchase. You are welcome to go back and forth to your car during the concert. There is a designated disabled parking area. Please inform our car park stewards on arrival if you require a disabled parking space.
How to I book the shuttle bus service?
We are opertating a pre booked shuttle service picking up and dropping off at Torpoint, Millbrook, Kingsand and Cawsand. This is a pre book service operated by Kernow Coaches and is only available to book through our booking system. Please select your pick up time and location. It is your responsibility to be at your stop at your selected time and no refunds will be issued for missed pick up times. If you are running late please call 01752 822200. The drivers will endeavor, but can not guarentee, to accommodate you. Return journeys are included and you do not need to book a return time slot, a short wait may occurr at the end of the concert, please make your way to the coach stop (same as your arrival drop off point) where our stewards will direct you to the correct bus.
Are there late ferries?
The Cremyll Ferry will be running a late return service to Plymouth. There may be a delay while ferries make the required amount of crossings.
